TERMS OF CONTRACT
1. Above dog/puppy is sold with _____________AKC registration application and at the time of sale is fully eligible
for registration. Papers & dog/puppy will be delivered together when all fees are paid in full.
2. If said dog/puppy is to be altered NO papers will be given.
3. At no time, for any reason, is said dog/puppy to be registered with any animal registry other than AKC (American
Kennel Club).
4. To the best of our knowledge, breeder/seller guarantees that said dog/puppy is in good health, current on all
age appropriate vaccinations, De-wormed with Strongid-T, and has been examined by a Texas State licensed Veterinarian.
We DO NOT guarentee against intestinal type viruses or parasidic infections, due to the fact that stress or trauma
from air travel or the move to a new enviroment can cause the puppy to become ill...
(Example: Coccidiosis, Giardia, Kennel Cough, Worm Outbreak, or Parvo).
5.Breeder/Seller cannot guarantee adult size, perfect conformation, temperament, color, or fertility of said dog/puppy.
6. The $ .00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless said dog/puppy
becomes sick or dies while still in the breeder/seller care.
7. A one-year guarantee against any hereditary genetic defects is included for said dog/puppy. The determination
of what constitutes a hereditary genetic defect is to be made by an un-bias agreement of two Veterinarians agreeable to both
buyer & breeder/seller.
8. Buyer should have the said dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 36 hours of purchase. If
the buyer does not take said dog/puppy to a Veterinarian for a check up within the 36 hours, this warranty---not
the whole contract-- becomes null and void.
9. Buyer agrees to keep said dog/puppy isolated from any other animals & places where other animals go to
play, sleep, eat, or defecate, until an exam by a Veterinarian is performed.
10. A FULL refund will be given should a licensed veterinarian find said dog/puppy
unhealthy during the 36 hours. Your Veterinarian's written statement of diagnosis & the reason why he/she feels said
dog/puppy is a poor health risk as a pet/companion dog/puppy must be given to the breeder before returning said dog/puppy.
The buyer may then return said dog/puppy at the buyer’s expense.
11. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the health, temperament, training & appearance of said dog/puppy
upon possession. Under no circumstance is the breeder/seller to be held responsible for said dog/puppy or it's behavior
after being purchased by the buyer.
12. Buyer understands that if said dog/puppy is sold as "Pet Only" no registration papers are given,
and any offspring from said dog/puppy cannot be registered.
13. Buyer also agrees that at any time during said dog/puppy's life, if the buyer is unable to properly
care for said dog/puppy, whatever the reason, the dog/puppy is to be returned to breeder/seller.
14. Buyer is aware and agrees that said dog/puppy is not for re-sale
and at no time will said dog/puppy be tied up, relinquished to any animal shelter, pound, puppy mill, or other breeder.
15. Purchase and sale of said dog/puppy shall fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of Tarrant County, Texas,
and matters shall be dealt with as per the laws governing this location. If litigation finds in favor of Breeder/Seller,
buyer shall be responsible for Breeder/Seller's attorney's fees, expenses, and all court costs.
